Situation

Proactive Analytics had developed a patented technology capable of transforming flow path integrity testing for heat exchangers in the dairy, brewing, food and beverage industry. The opportunity was significant, but so was the challenge.

They were entering a highly technical, risk-averse market where trust, credibility and transparency is critical. The category itself was also dominated by established players and outdated practices, creating serious resistance at every turn. Luckily, we love a meaty challenge at Wrap.

Solution

First up, we led the full brand development process, translating what on paper is a super complex technical innovation into a clear, compelling and commercially viable brand platform. This started with defining the strategic foundation and developing Practive Analytics’ core proposition, positioning and value drivers. Next was distilling the offer into a simple, powerful idea centred around cleaner, safer and smarter testing.

Key deliverables included:
